The DTF powder shaking machine is a mechanical device specially used for white ink heat transfer process. It evenly spreads hot melt powder on the heat transfer film through a specific mechanism, providing the necessary adhesion and fixing effect for the subsequent hot stamping process.

When the heat transfer film enters the powder spreading area, the powder spreading mechanism inside the device starts to work. This mechanism usually spreads the hot melt adhesive powder evenly on the surface of the heat transfer film through vibration.
